Structural headers are built with 2-ply 2×10 MSR-rated lumber. The roof is supported by prefabricated trusses with a 4/12 pitch, engineered for 35-5-5 loading and spaced 48 inches on center for uniform strength and load distribution.

Overhangs measuring 12 inches are featured on both the eaves and gables, finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia to promote airflow and provide a clean exterior appearance. Wall framing includes 2×8 treated skirtboards and 2×4 purlins and girts, spaced 24 inches on center throughout the structure.

The exterior is clad with Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding for long-term durability. A 3-foot 4-inch wainscot wraps around all sides of the building, adding both protection and curb appeal. Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier is installed beneath the roof sheathing to assist with moisture and temperature control.

Ventilation and weather sealing are enhanced with vented closures beneath the ridge cap and foam closure strips at the eaves. All trim is color-matched painted steel, including the ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double angle at the gables.

This package includes two 10′ x 8′ ProDoor 4210 overhead garage doors. Each door is white with a raised panel wood grain finish, R-6.8 insulated with a vinyl back, and equipped with torsion springs, standard track, weather stripping, steel angle, slide lock, and one row of standard windows.

Entry access is provided by a 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass door with a 9-lite window design. Four 36” x 48” white vinyl single-hung windows are included to provide natural light and ventilation.

All necessary fasteners are included, such as 4” GRK structural screws for headers and color-matched screws for the roofing and siding, ensuring a consistent and professional finish.
