Pre-fabricated Attic Storage trusses with 7/12 roof pitch, 25-5-5 loading, 24″ on center with framing for 14’x7′-6″ attic room (NO FLOOR OR STAIRS) with one (1) 2-ply girder for stair opening and two (2) gable trusses with horizontal girts 24” on/center. 12” overhangs on eaves & gables with vented, aluminum soffit and painted steel fascia. 2×8 treated skirtboard.

      2×4 purlins & sidewall girts 24″ on/center. Everlast 28 gauge LYNX Series metal roofing. 1×12 Eastern White Pine Board & Batten siding. (2) 10′ x 9′ ProDoor 6410 OHD With One Row of Windows, R-10 Insulated With 26ga. Steel Back, Raised Panel Wood Grain, White, Torsion Springs, Standard Track, Weather Stripping, Steel Angle, Slide Lock. (1) 3.0 x 6.8 9 Lite, fiberglass entry door with black, keyed entry door knob. (7) 36”x48” white, vinyl, single hung windows with grids. 4” GRK structural screws for headers, color matched screws for roofing.
