Kit Description: 26′ x 32′ x 10′ Pole Barn

This complete pole barn kit includes all the materials needed to build a 26-foot by 32-foot structure with a 10-foot wall height. The frame is built using treated 4×6 posts, each set with a 5×12 precast concrete footer block and an 80-pound bag of Sakrete to ensure a solid foundation. For added strength, the design includes 2-ply 2×10 Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) headers.

The roof system features pre-fabricated trusses with a 4/12 pitch, engineered to handle 35-5-5 loading and spaced 48 inches on center. Both the eaves and gables have 12-inch overhangs, finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia for ventilation and a clean appearance.

Wall framing includes 2×4 purlins and girts spaced 24 inches on center, along with a 2×8 treated skirtboard. The exterior is covered with Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding, offering long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal. A Therma Guard vapor barrier is installed beneath the roof panels to control moisture.

For proper ventilation and a professional finish, the kit includes vented closures under the ridge cap and foam closure strips at the eaves. All trim components are painted steel and include a ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, and overhead door trim, plus double angle trim at each gable end.

One 12’ x 9’ ProDoor 4210 overhead door is included. It features R-6.8 insulation, a white vinyl back, a raised panel wood grain finish, torsion springs, standard track, weather stripping, a steel angle, a slide lock, and no windows for added security.

The entry door is a solid 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass unit with a six-panel design. For natural light, the kit includes two 3’ x 4’ white vinyl windows with decorative grids.

Also included is an 8’ x 8’ split sliding door system with a Cannonball track and all required hardware. Fasteners include 4” GRK structural screws for the headers and color-matched screws for roofing and siding to maintain a clean, finished look.
