24×32 Garage Kit

Kit Description: 24′ x 32′ x 10′ Pole Barn

This complete kit includes all materials necessary to build a 24-foot by 32-foot pole barn with 10-foot wall height. It features treated 4×6 posts placed 8 feet on center, each set with a 5×12 precast concrete footer block and one 80-pound bag of Sakrete to ensure a secure, long-lasting foundation.

Structural support is provided by 2-ply 2×10 Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) truss bearers, with upgraded 2×12 SYP bearers used above 9-foot eave openings for added strength. The roof system includes pre-fabricated trusses with a 4/12 pitch, designed for 35-5-5 loading, spaced 48 inches on center.

Both the eaves and gables feature 12-inch overhangs finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia for proper ventilation and a clean, finished appearance. Wall framing includes 2×8 treated skirtboards and 2×4 purlins and girts spaced 24 inches on center for durability and support.

The building is enclosed with Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding, and features a 3-foot wainscot around all sides for added style and protection. A Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier is installed beneath the roof panels to reduce moisture buildup and increase energy efficiency.

Ventilation and sealing components include vented closures under the ridge cap and foam closure strips at the eaves. Trim components are made from painted steel and include ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double angle trim at the gables.

The kit includes two 9’ x 8’ ProDoor 4212 overhead doors in a short carriage panel style. These doors are R-6.8 insulated with a vinyl back and feature a white raised panel wood grain finish. Each comes equipped with torsion springs, standard track, weather stripping, two steel angles, slide locks, decorative handles, hinges, and a single row of decorative windows.

For walk-through access, the kit provides one 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass 9-lite entry door with a black keyed knob, and one 6.0 x 6.8 double 15-lite fiberglass entry door, also with a black keyed knob, offering both functionality and curb appeal.

Natural light is provided by two 36” x 48” white vinyl single-hung windows. All fasteners are included, including 4” GRK structural screws for headers and color-matched screws for both roofing and siding for a clean, uniform finish.
