26′ x 36′ x 10′ 8″ Pole Barn

This materials package includes all components required to construct a 26-foot by 36-foot pole barn with a wall height of 10 feet 8 inches. The structure uses treated 6×6 posts, spaced 8 feet on center. Each post is set with a 5×16 precast concrete footer block and one 80-pound bag of Sakrete for reliable footing and long-term durability.

Load-bearing support is provided by 2-ply 2×10 Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) headers. The roof is framed with prefabricated trusses spaced 48 inches on center, featuring a 3/12 pitch and engineered to meet 35-5-5 loading standards for dependable performance.

Both eaves and gables include 12-inch overhangs, finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia for ventilation and a clean appearance. The wall framing system includes 2×8 treated skirtboards along the perimeter and 2×4 purlins and girts spaced 24 inches on center.

Exterior coverage is provided by Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding. The front elevation features a 3-foot 4-inch wainscot area prepared for stone (stone not included, to be supplied by others). A Therma-Guard R-9 vapor barrier is installed under the roof to assist with moisture control and insulation.

Weather sealing includes vented closures beneath the ridge cap and foam closures at the eaves. Trim components include a painted steel ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double angle trim at the gables—all color-matched for a cohesive finish.

The kit includes one 16′ x 9′ ProDoor 6410 overhead garage door in sandstone, with R-10 insulation, a standard track, slide lock, and decorative Dutch corners for added style and performance.

For walk-in access, the package includes one 3.0 x 6.8 six-panel fiberglass entry door, painted in a sandstone/clay tone and equipped with a black, keyed doorknob.

Natural light and ventilation are provided by four 36” x 48” sandstone-colored vinyl double-hung windows with integrated grids, enhancing both function and appearance.

All necessary fasteners are included: 4” GRK structural screws for the headers and color-matched screws for both the siding and roofing to ensure a seamless, professional-grade installation.
