20’x26’x14′ Pole Barn Kit – Complete Material Package

Our 20x26x14 pole barn kit is engineered for long-lasting performance and functionality, ideal for residential, agricultural, or light commercial use. This all-inclusive material package includes everything you need to get started on a durable and well-ventilated structure.

The framework features heavy-duty 3-ply 2×6 glu-laminated posts, each set on 5×12 precast concrete footer blocks and stabilized with 80 lb of Sakrete. Structural integrity is reinforced by 2-ply 2×10 Southern Yellow Pine headers, supporting pre-fabricated roof trusses with a 4/12 pitch, spaced 48 inches on center and rated for 35-5-5 loading conditions.

Designed with 12-inch overhangs on both eaves and gables, this barn includes aluminum vented soffit and painted steel fascia to promote proper ventilation and moisture control. The structure is finished with Everlast’s 28-gauge LYNX Series metal panels for both roofing and siding. A ThermaGuard vapor barrier is applied under the roof for added protection.

The framing includes 2×8 treated skirt boards and 2×4 purlins and wall girts spaced 24 inches on center. Closure systems feature vented closures under the ridge cap and foam strips at the eaves. Painted steel components—including the ridge cap, rake and corner trims, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double gable angles—ensure a clean, professional finish.

• Overhead Door: One 16’x12′ ProDoor 4210 – R-6.8 insulated, vinyl back, raised panel wood grain finish (white), with torsion springs, standard track, weather stripping, slide lock, and steel angle framing. No glass included.
• Entry Door: One 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass door with 9-lite window panel.
• Windows: Two 3’x4′ single-hung vinyl windows for natural lighting and ventilation.
