Kit Description:
Material for 24’x32’x10’ pole barn: Treated 4×6 posts 8’ o/c. (1) 5×12 precast concrete footer block & (1) 80 lb bag sakrete per post. 2-ply 2×10 SYP headers (3-ply over 9’ eave openings). Pre-fabricated trusses with 4/12 roof pitch, 35-5-5 loading, 48″ on center. 12” overhangs on eaves and gables with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia. 2×8 treated skirtboard. 2×4 purlins & girts 24” o/c. Everlast 28 Ga. LYNX Series metal roofing & siding. 3’-4” wainscot on all sides. Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on roof.
Vented closures under ridge cap, foam closure strips at eaves. Painted steel ridge cap, rake & corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, double angle at gables. (2) ProDoor 4212 9’x8′ overhead doors, R-6.8 insulated, vinyl back, short carriage panel, white, torsion springs, standard track, weather stripping, slide lock, stockbridge garage windows, blue ridge decorative hinges & handles. (1) 3.0 x 6.8 9-lite, fiberglass entry door. (2) 36”x48” white, vinyl, single hung windows. 4” GRK structural screws for headers. Color matched screws for roofing & siding.
