Kit Description: 30′ x 32′ x 10′ Pole Barn

This complete materials package is designed for a 30-foot by 32-foot pole barn with a wall height of 10 feet. The structure is framed with treated 6×6 posts, each set using a 5×16 precast concrete footer block and an 80-pound bag of Sakrete to ensure a secure and lasting foundation.

Support headers are constructed with 2-ply 2×10 MSR lumber, with upgraded 3-ply headers included over 9-foot eave openings for added structural integrity. The roof system includes pre-fabricated trusses spaced 48 inches on center, featuring a 4/12 pitch and engineered to a 35-5-5 loading specification for reliable performance in varying conditions.

Overhangs measuring 12 inches are included on both eaves and gables, finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia for ventilation and a clean, durable look. Framing also includes 2×8 treated skirtboards and 2×4 purlins and girts, spaced 24 inches on center for consistent support throughout the structure.

The exterior is finished with Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding, paired with a Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on the roof to help regulate moisture and temperature. Additional weather protection is provided by vented closures under the ridge cap and foam closure strips at the eaves.

All trim components are color-matched painted steel, including the ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double angle trim at the gables for a fully finished appearance.

This package includes two 9’ x 8’ ProDoor 4210 overhead doors, each R-6.8 insulated with a white vinyl back and a short carriage panel design. The doors also feature torsion springs, standard tracks, weather stripping, steel angle reinforcements, slide locks, one row of Stockton 8 decorative windows, and Blue Ridge decorative handles and hinges for an upgraded aesthetic.

One 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass entry door with a 9-lite window design is included, offering both light and secure access. For natural light and ventilation, the kit also includes two 36” x 48” white vinyl single-hung windows.

All necessary fasteners are provided, including 4” GRK structural screws for the headers and color-matched screws for both the roofing and siding, ensuring a seamless, professional-grade installation.
