Headers are built with 2-ply 2×10 MSR-rated lumber for structural strength. The roof system features pre-fabricated trusses with a 4/12 pitch, spaced 48 inches on center, and rated to a 35-5-5 loading standard to handle a range of environmental conditions.

Both eaves and gables feature 12-inch overhangs, finished with vented metal soffit and painted steel fascia for ventilation and a polished exterior. Wall framing includes 2×8 treated skirtboards and 2×4 purlins and girts, spaced 24 inches on center for consistent support and stability.

The exterior finish uses Everlast 28-gauge LYNX Series metal roofing and siding. All four sides of the building include a 4-foot wainscot for added curb appeal and durability. A Therma-Guard vapor barrier is installed beneath the roof to improve insulation and moisture control.

Additional sealing and ventilation features include vented closures beneath the ridge cap and foam closure strips at the eaves. All trim components are color-matched painted steel, including ridge cap, rake and corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, and double angle trim at the gables.

This kit includes one 16′ x 13′ ProDoor 6410 overhead garage door in white, featuring R-10 insulation, a steel back, low-headroom track designed for a 14-foot ceiling, slide lock, and a row of windows for natural light.

Access is provided by two 3.0 x 6.8 fiberglass entry doors with a 9-lite window design and black keyed doorknobs. The building is further equipped with four 36” x 48” white vinyl double-hung windows with grids to enhance ventilation and natural lighting.

All required fasteners are included, including 4” GRK structural screws for headers, ensuring strength and ease of assembly.
